Placement of Order
Training course registrations will not be confirmed until registration is complete and billing information is received in full. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit card or bank account used to place your order. All advertised prices are subjected to GST charges.
Pricing, Availability and Refund Policy
Whilst we try and ensure that all process, details, descriptions, prices and availability which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or payment of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you on this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order or cancelling it. If you choose to cancel your order, we will refund in full if you have already paid for the product or services.
Course / Event’s Reschedule
MIEA reserves the right to cancel any training course due to insufficient enrolment. Notice will be provided with the option to reschedule for a future course date or to receive a full refund of registration fees. We are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the customer if a training course is cancelled. If a training class is cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances such as weather or natural disaster, the customer is entitled to reschedule for a future training course. No shows and cancellations not made within the specified cancellation period will incur the full cost of registration. In order to cancel or reschedule a confirmed training please submit an email request to info@mieaschool.com
*Administration Fee
Course / Event’s reschedule by the participant will be subjected to administration fee as published in the course / event registration page. Please contact us at +60 3-7960 2577 if you need further clarification.
- Once registration for the NCC course is confirmed, as a student, your place in the class or the course is assured
- If any participant falls sick and produces a valid MC then, they can change the date of the class and if they wish to cancel the following rules apply;
- Cancellation with notice of more than 14 days before the event: Entitled for full refund = RM600.00
- Notice of less than 14 days before the event: Entitled for 90% of the total fee = RM540.00
- Notice of less than 7 days before the event: Entitled for 80% of the total fee = RM480.00
- No refund for a “No-Show”on the day of the course, however giving prior notice of not less than 5 days before the event will be allowed to reschedule the class.
This refund policy will take immediate effect on all new registration starting 15 Oct 2021 onwards
