Tutorial Classes as preparation for Estate Agents Examination with The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents & Property Managers (BOVAEP)

There are 2 parts that students need to complete and pass.

But, currently, we are only open the class for Part 1 subjects.
Subjects for Part 1:-

Introduction to Law
Principles of Economics
Principles of Accounting
Principles & Practice of Marketing
Property Taxation
Building Technology 1
A pass in all 6 subjects in Part 1 makes the candidate eligible for Part 2.

Candidates must take the Part 2 examination no later than 5 years after passing all the subjects in the Part 1 examination.

Please be reminded that the examinations will be held once a year by BOVAEP.

Anyone can attend, but must have the minimum entry requirement to sit for the Examination:-

Candidate must possess an SPM/MCE with not less than 5 subjects passes &
At least 3 subjects shall be credit level passes and 1 credit level pass must be either Mathematics or Science or Accounts or Commerce
